The UNCEP-QUEBEC program is through the

Conférence des Recteurs et des principaux des universités de Québec (CREPUQ). The link above takes you to CREPUQ. Just hold your cursor over " Québec universities" and you will find a drop down box to link to the particular campus you are interested in attending. Note that the website can be translated into English by clicking on the "English" button on the far right.

Three of the CREPUQ universities are English speaking, Bishop's, Concordia, and McGill University. The rest are French speaking with courses taught in French. They require an advanced level of French, through the fifth or sixth semester of college level instruction.
